Sign in with Xtream Codes in Vizi

Vizi Player is a media player for iPhone and iPad that plays the playlist you already have. It comes with no content of its own, so you need to add your server details to start watching. This guide shows how to sign in using an Xtream Codes login – for a server you run or are authorised to use.

1. Add Your Playlist

If you don’t have any playlists added yet, open Vizi Player and tap the "Add Playlist" button on the Home screen. If you already have playlists, go to Settings, then “Sign Into & Manage Your Playlists”. This takes you to the same ‘Add a playlist’ screen.

2. Enter Your Login Details

The top section of the Add Playlist screen is for Xtream Codes logins. You'll see fields for:

• “Playlist Title (Optional)”
• “Playlist URL, or LinkACode.com ID”
• “Username”
• “Password”

Enter the server address in the “Playlist URL, or LinkACode.com ID” field. If you have a LinkACode.com ID for your server, you can enter that instead – it’s a shorter code to stand in for the address. Next to this field is a "Scan a code" button; tap it if you have a LinkACode QR card.

Underneath these boxes, Vizi explains: “A LinkACode ID is a short code that stands in for a server address — enter it here with the username and password for that server.”

3. Connect to Your Server

Once you’ve entered your details, tap "Add Playlist". Vizi will briefly display "Adding…" while it connects to your server.

4. Start Watching

If successful, Vizi Player displays the live channels grouped as they are on your playlist, with what is on now and next where a guide is available. You’ll also see films and series, complete with posters, ratings and plots – all provided by your playlist.

What Next?

You can add as many playlists as you like to Vizi Player, free (since version 1.0.1). To edit an existing playlist — change its name, address or sign-in details — tap it in Settings. Swipe left on a playlist for options to “Refresh” the content or "Remove" it entirely. Remember that the full TV guide and catch-up are Vizi+ features, and only work if your playlist supplies them. Your username and password stay securely on your device using the iOS Keychain, and go only to the server you’ve entered.
